Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on strengthening the core postural muscles that are essential in supporting the spine.


Poise Pilates classes last approx 50 mins and are suitable for almost everyone.


Classes are a mixture of complete beginners, and intermediate level students.


We provide a fun and challenging mix of classes aiming to build your core strength while in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
